Refund policy

At Glameno, we understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or you may decide you no longer need them. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unopened and in its original condition.

To initiate a return or inquire about a return, please reach out to us by using our Contact Us form. Be sure to include your order number to help us locate your purchase quickly. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to confirm it’s in its original condition and let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

If you receive a damaged item, find that the contents inside are damaged, or have received the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue quickly. To help speed up the process, kindly include pictures of any damage.
